These Terms of Service govern your use of aistackintel.com and the AIStackIntel services (the "Service"), provided by AIStackIntel (AI Stack Intelligence). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

• Free: individual company lookups, profiles, leaderboard and public pages.
• Paid plans (Pro $39/month, Team $99/month): monthly recurring self-serve subscriptions via Stripe enabling exports (CSV/JSON) via API key.
• Business: separate/custom commercial agreement (contact us).

2. Data disclaimer

• The Service derives data from publicly available signals and presents it with confidence levels. Information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
• You acknowledge the data is provided "as is" and must not be treated as professional, investment or legal advice.

3. Accounts & API keys

• Your API key is personal; do not share it. We may rotate or revoke keys on suspected abuse.
• You are responsible for activity performed with your key.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not redistribute or resell bulk data without a separate written agreement.
• Respect rate limits; automated bulk harvesting of the public pages is not permitted.

5. Payments, cancellation & refunds

• Pro ($39/month) and Team ($99/month) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Business requires a separate/custom commercial agreement.
• Annual billing is not offered; trials are not offered.
• Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at period end under the current Customer Portal contract, and you keep access through the paid period.
• Current pricing authority: the public pricing page (https://aistackintel.com/pricing), which may change with notice.
• Refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied — email [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

• The Service, its code, trademarks and compiled database (where not derived from third-party public sources) belong to AIStackIntel (AI Stack Intelligence). You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service per your plan.

7. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIStackIntel (AI Stack Intelligence) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, or for reliance on the data provided.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
